Electronic Communications You agree to receive electronic communications from Rubix, including, but not limited to, disclosures, notices, statements, updates, and marketing materials. We may send these communications to the email address you have provided or direct them to your online account.

Access to Electronic Records In order to access and sign electronic records, you must have access to the internet, an email address with sufficient storage capability to both send and receive messages and documents, and a device that is capable of receiving and displaying electronic communications, including messages sent in PDF or other formats specified by Rubix.

Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures and records at any time, but withdrawing your consent may affect your ability to continue using Rubix’s services. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact Rubix Customer Support. If you withdraw consent, you may no longer be able to use certain features of our services that require electronic signatures or records.

Updating Your Contact Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that Rubix has your current email address and contact information. If any information changes, please update your account information promptly to ensure you receive all electronic communications.

Governing Law This Disclosure and the use of electronic signatures and records are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and where applicable, by federal laws regarding electronic signatures and records.
